Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and other cross-functional teams to define and create engaging creative pieces for our website, promotional materials, social media and advertising, e-mail communications, multimedia, UI graphics, digital signage, etc.
  • Continue to develop and enforce strong brand standards in everything we do
  • Deliver "best practices" through appropriate use of typography, photography, illustration, and optimization methods that align with current design standards
  • Proactively manage projects by communicating with stakeholders, tracking progress, pushing past limitations/boundaries
  • Assist engineering with UX/UI creative development, as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor and/or Master Degree in a Relevant Field of Study (i.e.Computer Science, Graphic Design, Engineering, Liberal Arts, etc.) 
  • 3+ years in graphic and web design. Some experience coding preferred
  • A passion for clean and functional design with a distinctive style that focuses on elegance and personality.
  • Quick, detail oriented, and deadline focused
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and execute efficiently. It's about results
  • Desire to stay informed and knowledgeable about the latest technologies, design standards, and world-class branding efforts. Experience with email marketing and social media preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • Proficiency in modern HTML & CSS, Javascript/PHP, illustration and video/animation is a plus
  • having recent experience in mobile application UI
  • Experience with creative project management tools (Basecamp, Trello or similar)
  • An understanding of the importance of data collection and analysis (i.e. using Google Analytics, A/B testing, web optimization software, etc.) to constantly gather feedback and refine designs
  • Experience with e-commerce workflow optimization/design
